AmNor Hydro West Inc. The proposed project will be located at the Unity Reservoir, a Bureau of Reclamation project. The dam is located near the City of Hereford, Oregon to the north of Road no 245. The project includes the existing dam, outlet works, and the tailrace side of the dam. Feasibility studies and preliminary design are to be conducted during the preliminary permit period. During this period the project concept will be refined to fully and economically utilize the available water resources.
